Cancellations
I understand that on occasion you may need to cancel an appointment due to an unexpected personal schedule conflict or last minute emergency. Please notify me of your need to cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
Due to great demand for appointments, I am unable to accommodate frequent cancellations. Therefore, an excessive number of cancelled appointments may result in your being charged for the missed appointment, or denied appointments in the future.
No-Shows
The charge for an appointment that you may miss without notifying me (no-show) is equal to the fee for the missed appointment, which must be paid in full prior to scheduling future appointments.
